A native of England, the sophomore spent a year at UTEP but didn't play due to eligibility questions. It looks like he can regain that season by petitioning the NCAA down the road. At Casper this season, McSwigan is averaging 13.7 points in 21 contests with 19 starts and 25.1 minutes an outing. He is shooting 43%, 35% and 82% respectively while grabbing 4.8 boards and dishing out 2.2 assists per game.
