Battle of the Best Showdown is coming up soon

The Battle of the Best Showdown, with some new twists this go-around, is taking place at Laney College on June 13.

It's a one day event this time. Here's the schedule:

12 Noon - Sac vs. Bay (Girls)
1:30pm - Sac vs. Bay (Boys)
3:15pm - 3-Point Shootout
4pm - "King of the Hill" One-on-One
5pm - Dunk Contest
5:30pm - North vs. South (Girls)
7:00pm - North vs. South (Boys)

Yes, the civil war of basketball will be taking place between the north's best ballers and those from down south, with bragging rights on the line, as well as the Bay Area's top players tangling with those from Sac Town.
