New Mexico State had no trouble in an exhibition game last night and former Richmond High star Wendell McKines (19 points, nine boards) offered this quote:

"We are not in L.A., we aren't in New York, we are in Las Cruces, New Mexico," Aggies senior forward Wendell McKines said. "There are a lot of hard working, blue collar people here. We represent them. They see us doing the little things and taking pride in our school, I think they will appreciate that and give us a good following."
