Four Nor Cal-lers in the Big West

Jeff Goodman/Eye on College Basketball writing about various Nor Cal talents in the Big West Conference analysis:
"...Cal State Fullerton finished second in the league last season, and the Titans bring back two of the elite players in Player of the Year candidate D.J. Seeley and Kwame Vaughn. Seeley, a transfer from Cal, averaged 17.3 points and 5.5 boards per game and was also among the league leaders in field-goal percentage, steals and 3-point field goal percentage..."
"...UC Davis could make a jump with junior Josh Ritchart, but Jim Les needs a healthy Ryan Sympkens -- who missed almost all of last season with a knee injury..."
"...Preseason Big West Player of the Year: D.J. Seeley, Cal State Fullerton. Aggressive 6-4 senior guard who will ultimately be the one responsible for Fullerton leapfrogging Long Beach in the league standings..."
Listed as among the league's best: "Kwame Vaughn, Cal State Fullerton. A 6-3 senior guard who runs the point but is also a big factor in one of the best mid-major scoring teams west of the Mississippi..."
