Brian Barbour, prep basketball teammate of Stanford All-America tight end Zach Ertz at Monte Vista-Danville, has become the 25th player in Columbia University history to score 1,000 career points.Matt Schwab has more.
The senior guard topped the 1,000-point mark with a 19-point performance in the Lions' win over American on Sunday. A first-team All-Ivy League selection a year ago, Barbour is averaging 14.1 points.
