Tark should be in the Hall of Fame

Sam Borden profiles Jerry Tarkanian -- the good, the bad and the ugly. Here's one vote (that doesn't count) for Tark to be placed in the Basketball Hall of Fame. He has earned the honor. Yes, he broke some rules, brought in some guys who had no business being on a college campus and was lax on stewarding some players who desperately needed it but if these disqualify someone, well, the future ranks of candidates will thin out considerably and some past entries will need to abdicate.
