UC Irvine downed Long Beach State 67-60 last night, putting the Anteaters into today's Big West Conference championship tournament game against Pacific.
Will Davis paced Irvine with 14 points, nine boards and three blocked shots. Chris McNealy finished with 13 points and seven rebounds with fellow backcourter Travis Souza adding six points in 14 minutes of play.
