California hosted Coppin State and won both 20 minutes periods finishing at 83-64. Tyrone Wallace's 20 points led the bears and Jabari Bird had quite the evening with 14 points plus seven boards. For CP, Chico High grad Sterling Smith finished with 16 points (3-5 from three-point range) and seven rebounds.
