* Cabrillo College 85 - Napa Valley College 76

Allen Wlicher and Warren Jackson combined for 23 first half points and the Seahawks jumped on Napa Valley College early and often to the tune of a 47-30 halftime advantage. Napa Valley did not go quietly as they opened the 2nd half with a 16-4 run to cut Cabrillo's lead to five but that was as close as they would get. Cabrillo would extend the lead back to 15 a few minutes later and eventually hold on for a 85-76 win in the first round of the Skyline Tournament. 

Wilcher would lead all scorers with 23 points, Jackson added 15 while David Abittan and Latrell Wilson chipped in 11 and 10 points apiece. The win improves Cabrillo's record to 6-3, they will face Las Positas in the semifinals tomorrow at 5 p.m. at Skyline. The winner will play in the Championship Game at 4 p.m. on Sunday.
