Fresno City College's men's basketball team avoided a second upset of a Central Valley Conference schedule it has mostly dominated, as Rich Tesmer made a layup with 3:59 left in overtime and the NorCal No. 4-ranked Rams beat Reedley 68-61. The Tigers' Andre Frazier made a basket with 12 seconds left to send the game to overtime.
