The Butte College men's basketball team ended its season Wednesday with a 80-47 loss to top-ranked City College of San Francisco in the Northern California quarterfinals.

Arthur Caldwell scored 13 points, Jud Sailsbery scored 10 points and Jamaal Davis added nine. The Roadrunners (21-8) took a 9-8 lead before City College rattled off 13 straight points to build a commanding halftime lead. Butte battled back in the second half to bring the game to 43-36, but the Rams pulled away
