James Tillman just finished his senior season at Cal State Los Angeles. A transfer from Cosumnes River College, he averaged 13.9 points and 5.6 boards in just over 31 minutes a game. He shot 43% overall and 55% at the foul line and finished third on the team with both 25 steals and 17 blocked shots.
