Brown heading to Maine

Out of Balboa High, 5-foot-11 Contra Costa College Comet Fletcher Brown is moving on Maine Fort Kent in the northern part of the state.

James Givens, out of Solano College, will be a senior there after averaging 14.4 points per game last season.
