Scott signs on with Concordia

Former Sierra College and River City High backcourter Matt Scott is moving on to Concordia in southern California. He'll be coached by former Stanford guard Ken Ammann.

The 6-foot-4 guard averaged 14.4 points and 3.7 assists for Coach John Fusano this past season.
