CCAA tourney play

In the California Collegiate Athletic Association, the tournament playoffs begin on March 5 in Stockton:

* #4 Cal State Stanislaus vs. #5 UC San Diego

* #3 Humboldt State vs. #6 Cal State San Bernardino

#1 Chico State earned a first round bye as did #2 Cal Poly Pomona.

"...The dates are set for March 5-7 with two games scheduled for both Thursday, March 5 and Friday, March 6. The men's Championship game will be played on Saturday, March 7. Thursday's and Friday's games are scheduled for 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., while Saturday's tipoff will take place at 7:30 p.m."
