Neal leaving CRC for the Midwest

6-foot-6 Ty'Quan (Edison High) Neal is transferring from Cosumnes River College to Kansas City Kansas Community College. He'll be a sophomore. Not sure what if any connection he has to the area, school or coaching staff.
