Lick-Wilmerding High hosted and won its holiday basketball tournament over the weekend. Senior guard Micah Elan, who was named the Most Valuable Player, totaled 29 points in the championship game, shooting 8 of 16 on 2s, 1 of 4 on 3s, 10 of 15 on free throws alongside 13 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 1 turnover versus South San Francisco in the 69-60 championship game.
