Verbal Commits D2: "2016 Monterey Peninsula College (CA) G Deondre Otis has received an offer from Western Oregon"

Out of Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep, the 6-foot-1 sophomore Otis was a First Team Coast Conference South honoree who averaged 17.6 points, 6.0 rebounds and 5.7 assists while shooting 53%, 36%, and 64% respectively this season.

Western Oregon won the NCAA West Region title and made it all the way to the NCAA Division II National Semifinal while finishing 31-4.
