Arciaga to FRC

Bay Area Phenoms: "Congratulations to 2016 RJ ARCIAGA (JEFFERSON HS, DALY CITY) to his commitment to Feather River College!!!"

He's a 5-foot-8 point and one of the captains of the Jefferson 19-8, 10-2 squad this season. Arciaga was a First Team All PAL North honoree the last two years.

Feather River and Coach Randy Rick went 27-2 overall, 10-0 in the Golden Valley Conference in 2015-16.
