The Casper (WYO) College 2017-17 roster lists one Bay Area talent:
* Rae Jackson G 6' 2" 175 lbs Richmond, California Freshman
Verbal Commits also has Jackson at Casper.
He was headed there back in the 2013-14 season -- not sure what happened.
