Diablo Valley College Men's Basketball: "Vikings win their season opener! Final score from the first game of the Las Positas Tournament: DVC 64, Columbia 54. The Vikings played great defense in holding the Claim Jumpers to less than 60 points. DVC is back in action tomorrow night, taking on Butte College at 7 PM. The Roadrunners defeated the Sacramento City Panthers 72-53 this afternoon. Go Vikings!"
Sophomore DeAndre Stallings totaled 31 points for the Claimjumpers.
