"Shastri led Chaminade to three regional victories on the week, averaging 22.7 points per game with 14 three-pointers and a 51.2 percent shooting. He made the game-winning three-pointer with one second left in an 87-86 victory over Seattle Pacific. He had 23 points and six rebounds against Dominican, and made four of his eight free throws in the final 30 seconds of another one-point win. He closed out the week with 36 points, one shy of his career-high, against BYU-Hawaii, tying the PacWest and Chaminade single-game records with 10 three-pointers. He is the fourth player in DII to make 10 triples in a game this season and the first PacWest player since former teammate Christophe Varidel had 10 against Baylor in the 2013 Maui Invitational. Shastri ranks 16th in the nation in three-point field goals (39) and 19th in free throw percentage (92.7)."
