Out of Central Catholic High, guard Donovin Townsend is enjoying a fruitful sophomore season thus far. At 5-foot-10 and 180, he's averaging 10.6 points plus 2.2 assists in just over 20 minutes a game for San Luis Obispo-located Cuesta College which places him third best on his squad. Townsend is shooting 51%, 46% and 79% respectively.
He was previously at Pacific University in Oregon playing solely football. This is his first season back with the roundball since his senior year in high school.
