A 49-23 first 20 minutes provided Fresno City College with an insurmountable lead in topping West Hills 100-74 on Tuesday. Tyus (Oak Ridge High) Milhollin was back 'on' and finished with 34 points on 10-16, 8-12 and 6-6 overall shooting. Ian (Vintage High) Miller shot 6-9 from long distance on his way to 20 points and Fred (Weston Ranch High) Lavender tallied 18. Cole (Clovis East High) Morgan finished with 10 assists.
