Updates on the Najees

Former Berkeley High talent, Abayomi "A.B." Najee-Ullah is a 6-foot-3 freshman wing down south at Cypress College this season. It looks like he might be redshirting this season.

Older brother Khufu is a 6-foot-4 sophomore at Allan Hancock College and, after eight games, is averaging 12.5 points on 53% overall shooting and 4.5 rebounds a contest. He has also passed for 18 assists.

Caught this on the Allan Hancock College roster for 2012-13:

Najee played as a frosh at Diablo Valley College and then had a brief stint at San Jose State University.

Learned that former Berkeley High and Diablo Valley College wing Khufu Najee is at Allan Hancock College (Santa Maria) this year.

Khufu Najee no longer at San Jose State

Not sure where he is headed next -- it's mid semester most everywhere anyway -- but former Berkeley High player Khufu Najee has left San Jose State University. He is a sophomore who transferred in from Diablo Valley College.
