Marquin Chandler back at it

Marquin Chandler, out of Newark Memorial High and San Jose State University, is scratching the itch again.

He has signed with the Chiba Jets of the Basketball Japan League. The team went 18-34 last season and is looking to make a marked improvement, hence Chandler's signing.

Chiba City is about 20 miles from Tokyo.
