Trainer Jordan Lawley with a new video

A native of Lodi and a graduate of Tokay High and UC San Diego, Jordan Lawley spent some post-college time playing-for-pay in New Zealand. As a senior in 2010, he won the Most Valuable Player honor in the California Collegiate Athletic Conference as well as being the league's leading scorer that season. His 1,398 points is the most ever for a D-II Triton player.

Now based in the La Jolla area of San Diego, Lawley has moved on to training. In addition, he has released a video -- Partner Training Skills -- that runs 60 minutes.

 It consists of:

* Dynamic Stretching

* Quick Fire Dribbling Drill

* Handcuff Drill

* Jab Game with Resistance Band Drill

* Lateral Quick Feet Drill with Resistance Band

* Back Pedal Catch and Score Drill

* Continuous High Screen Drill

* Two Ball Pass & Go Drill

* Shooting through the Foul Drill
