Saturday: Cañada 86, American River 71

On Saturday in Redwood City, Cañada College took care of American College 86-71 by winning both 20-minute sessions. For the Colts, Mike (Newark Memorial High/Georgia State) Pinkney led with 23 points, Davis (Hayward High) Kimble contributed 21 and Antony (San Lorenzo High) Navarette posted an 18 point, 10 rebound double-double.

The Colts are now headed to the Final Eight.
