Way over in the islands, Holy Names University grabbed an 89-85 victory on Thursday over Hawaii-Hilo as five players scored in double figures: Jason (St. PatrickSt. Vincent/The Master's College) Webster 17, Jewels Sanders 15, Marcelas (Capital Christian High/American River College) Perry 14 as well as a team-best nine assists, Jamarae (Fairfield High/Solano College) Moss 13 and Dante (Salesian Prep) Robinson 10.
For the islanders, Parker (McKinleyville High/Santa Rosa JC) Farris led with 28 points.
