On Friday down in Claremont, Pomona Pitzer fell to Southwestern (TX) 87-81. For the Southlanders, Daniel (Los Altos High) Rosenbaum led with 20 points, followed by Micah (Lick Wilmerding) Elan's 18. The former shot 7-16, 2-5 and 4-4 respectively alongside four rebounds. Elan went 7-12 overall and 4-6 from three-point range. He also provided three assists, three steals and a pair of boards.
