On Saturday in St. George, Utah, Sonoma State edged Westminster College 59-57 powered by 16 points and 10 rebounds from Luke (Del Oro High/Santa Rosa Junior College) Cochran. He blocked and then rebounded a shot with one second remaining for the win.
Zerrion (Modesto Christian/Salt Lake College) Payton scored nine points, grabbed four rebounds and dished out four assists for Westminster.
