Up in Arcata on Thursday, Chico State took a 100-83 victory over Humboldt State. Corey Silverstrom led the Wildcats with 33 points and Robert (Granite Bay High) Duncan was right behind with 28. Chico shot 63.2% overall and 13-26 from beyond the arc.
For the Lumberjacks, Nikhil Lizotte scored 19 points, Malik Morgan 17 and Tyras (Sheldon High) Rattler Jr. 15 alongside a team-best eight rebounds.
