New Mexico State handled Louisiana-Lafayette 79-57 last night. In 28 minutes of action, Kevin (Analy High/Santa Rosa Junior College) Aronis contributed 12 points (three treys), two assists, two boards and a blocked shot for the victors.

Kevin Aronis heading to Las Cruces

Western Athletic Conference member New Mexico State has secured the services of 6-foot-3 Kevin Aronis, a shooting guard out of Santa Rosa Junior College. He averaged 12.3 points per game as a sophomore, playing for Coach Craig McMillan. Aronis shot an amazing 40% on 247 three-points attempts this season.

Yuba tops Santa Rosa by 12

The court firm of Butterfield and Romero provided the push Yuba College needed to come back and top Santa Rosa Junior College 82-70. SpencerB totaled 28 points (earning MVP honors) and AnthonyR added 22 points.
