Oregon gave it a go last night but Louisville was just better in too many categories and won 77-69. Freshman point Dom Artis went for 12 points, including 2-2 from long distance.
The number of people who saw Artis' freshman season with the Ducks coming when the young man was a high school frosh wouldn't be enough to field a starting five. He was always diminished by others because of his size. Goes to show you how hard work on the court and in the classroom opens up opportunities and now Artis is living large in Eugene and known to the college basketball world.
