Johnson nabs an offer

Heritage High's George Johnson recently took an official visit to San Francisco State University and that resulted in the 5-foot-10 backcourter's initial offer.

The Gators, led by Coach Paul Trevor, finished 16-12 overall, 13-9 (including a sparkling 9-2 at home) in the D-II California Collegiate Athletic Association in 2012-13. Other northern California members of the CCAA are Chico State, Humboldt State, Sonoma State, Cal State Stanislaus, Cal State East Bay and Cal State Monterey Bay.
