A Merritt College update

Merritt Coach Keenan McMiller reports on past and present Thunderbird players:

* Nick Capiti is doing well at Fort Hays State, scoring 15 points and `12 points respectively in his initial pair of games for the Tigers. Capiti enjoyed five steals in his 15-point contest plus he posted a line of six rebounds, five steals and four assists in his 12 point game. He prepped at Bishop O'Dowd High.

* Freshman backcourter Marcus (Bishop O'Dowd High) Green is putting up 12.7 points plus 8.4 rebounds  a contest for Merritt.

* Merritt sophomore point Joshua (Berkeley High) Amey is averaging an amazing 10.6 assists and 7.7 points per game. 

* Frosh forward Christopher (Muhammed University High School) Patterson is producing a double-double of 14.7 points and 12.5 rebounds to date in his first three Merritt appearances
