Contra Costa College Men's Basketball: "The Comets defeated conference rival Napa Valley College in the consolation championship of the Foothill Tournament 79-70. The Comets jumped out to a 23 point lead at halftime and never really looked back. G Anthony Sullen led the Comets with 30 points and 6 rebounds, while F Larry Wickett added 24 points and 6 rebounds. G Bobby Syvanthong also had a solid floor game with 9 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists. The Comets record now stands at 5-4... GO COMETS!!!"
