CCC Men's Basketball: "The Comets defeated Pima College (AZ) 91-82 in the morning game of the Modesto College Tournament. The key to game was ball movement as the Comets dished out a season high 22 assists. G Rae Jackson led the Comets with 27 points and 4 rebounds, while F Larry Wickett played an outstanding floor game with 18 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 5 steals, and 2 blocks. G Anthony Sullen and F Jeremiah Alston scored 18 and 17 respectively... GO COMETS!!!!"
