Rojas offered

Verbal Commits is reporting that Hawaii Hilo has offered 6-foot-5 Santa Rosa Junior College talent Siaan (Concord High) Rojas who averaged 13.8 points, 6.7 rebounds and 3.5 assists this season while shooting 51%, 35% and 66% respectively.
