Catching up with Matt Mareno

6-foot-5 freshman Matt (Assumption/Redwood High) Mareno is at Post University (Connecticut) and his numbers to date: 10 games, 32 minutes, 15.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 1.7 blocks, shooting 42%, 25% and 74% respectively.

Mareno was just named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Rookie of the Week, the third time this season he has earned such an honor.
