Curry to the Warriors wasn't a lock

In one of those intriguing behind the scenes looks, Harvey Araton writes about how Golden State almost missed the opportunity to draft Stephen Curry.

NBA Legion posted: "ESPNs' Doug Gottlieb on Steph Curry in 2009: "He doesn't have the upside of Ricky Rubio, Brandon Jennings, Johnny Flynn & Patty Mills."

But then again, a lot of college coaches also missed on Curry when he was coming out of high school.
