It was a rough start for sophomore JoJo McGlaston early this season at Utah State. Fans were let's just say 'disappointed' by his production in their message board expressions. Possessing the most athletic ability of any Aggie player, the channeling of such into a commensurate level of effecting the game was absent.
Until recently.
Working backwards, here are McGlaston's statistics since coming on:
* 10 rebounds, nine points, three assists in 31 minutes at UNLV
* Eight points, five assists, three rebounds in 23 minutes against Nevada
* Nine points, four rebounds, two assists in 22 minutes versus Air Force.
The previous game, New Mexico, was a DNP.
For the season, he's shooting 32%, 37% and 62% respectively while averaging 6.3 points and 3.3 rebounds a contest. His 32 assists are third on the team.
The keys is that those numbers are now heading upward and he is making plays whose positive outcome don't always necessarily appear in his box score line.
