San Jose City College basketball is enjoying having a number of its players earning honors:
* Chris (Delano High) Sterling, sophomore, Coast Conference South Co-MVP, 15.7 points and 7.2 rebounds per game
* Junior Anderson, sophomore, Coast Conference South First Team, 11.8 points pr game
* Maurice Joiner, sophomore, Coast Conference South First Team, 11.8 points and 7.3 rebounds per game
* Stevenaire (Mt. Eden High) Young, sophomore, Coast Conference South Second Team, 9.2 points and 5.7 rebounds per game
* Devonne Nolan, sophomore, Coast Conference South Honorable Mention, 9.0 points and 5.2 assists per game
