Bay Area Blue Devil alumni update

Bay Area Blue Devil Coach Ed Hawkins reports that former Moreau Catholic High guard Deryck Ylanan has made the DeAnza College Coach Jason Damjanovic's roster. Ylanan was a four-year varsity player as well as a 2012 All HAAL Honorable Mention selection.

Also, Freedom High's Jehiah Gennaro and Elvedin Tudzinovic of Alameda High are both at Miramar College in San Diego. The latter may redshirt this season while Gennaro is battling for a starting spot at the point or two guard position.

Plus, Andy Mitchell, another Moreau High grad, is competing for playing time at Ohlone College. He redshirted last season for Coach John Peterson.
