John Rothstein's Top 20 underrated transfers includes just two players at schools located in the West.
Former USF big Perris Blackwell, now at Washington, didn't make the list. Neither did San Diego State's Josh Davis, who is coming over from Tulane. Maybe they are not considered under-the-radar.
So is this bias against the west?
Or just not that many transfers considered under-the-radar out here?
How about not many transfers who will make a noticeable difference?
Inquiring minds want to know.
