It took an overtime period but Dominican University's effort to come back and tie the game in regulation provided a payoff as DU won 91-89 over Azuza Pacific. Five players scored in double figures for the Penguins: Devin Golsten 18, Connor Haysbert 17, Matt Hayes 16 and 14 apiece from Dom Taplin and Chris Schwartz-Edmisten.
Tyler Monroe went for a 14/10 double-double for AP.
