Arthur Caldwell scored 25 points and the Butte College men's basketball team beat Cabrillo College 71-63 in overtime Sunday to give the Roadrunners a split of their two games in the three-team Cabrillo Classic in Aptos.+++++
Jud Sailsbery added 18 points for the Roadrunners (5-5), who trailed 39-31 at halftime. They were down 11 points midway through the second half before taking the lead, but each team missed shots to win it in regulation.
Jamaal Davis scored 15 points for Butte, including some big 3-pointers in overtime along with Sailsbery as the Roadrunners outscored the Seahawks (5-3) 15-7 in the extra period. Cabrillo entered the weekend ranked No. 7 in Northern California.
