Darren Sabedra tweeted: "Drew Marino, an '08 Leland grad, is the school's new boys basketball coach, @LelandAthletics Mike Sparrer said."
Marino played basketball and baseball at Leland and earned All League honors as a junior and senior. This season, he worked as an assistant with both the Leland varsity baseball and basketball programs.
