What are your recruiting tells?

Coach Bob Walsh's latest is "Recruiting Tells" -- it begins:

"Over time you start to develop certain “tells” in recruiting. Things that you see, that you like, that tell you a player is good enough to play for you. Or simply that he’s your type of kid. Over the years they are the things that you see that you know will translate to your program. When you go out on the road to evaluate, you start looking for these tells. These are my tells when I’m out watching kids play..."
