An excerpt near the end: "...The dynamic drill gets the neural pathways firing on all cylinders, thus the athlete has a higher level of engagement while learning the skill. Perceptual, decision-making, and anticipatory processes are activated from the jump and are consistently being put to use. In time, the athlete learns not to think as much, and yet still process more information. This leads to more confidence in executing the skill. All actions executed in the dynamic drill are similar to what will occur in the actual game. The result is a smarter, more aggressive, creative, and dynamic player..."
